The little girl at front desk is super nice!!!! Breakfast is good and rooms are super duper clean. Housekeeping is amazing and super nice.
I mean the only real complaint I have about the rooms is I wish they had blackout curtains because the sun rips through those blinds. Other than that they were very courteous about me being on a knights and not coming into the room till after I left. The food was always good and plus who can't complain about free laundry service. Plus the front desk help was always willing to answer my questions and give me the answers I needed

When we were scouting out a lodging facility for our next long term drilling job, we kept hearing good reports about Shale Lodging. After price comparisons, we decided that they looked like a good place. We stayed there for several weeks, and the feedback from our crew was very positive. We hope to stay there again in the future, and we are recommending this location to other branches of our company.
Love it. Great place to stay when you're away from home. Good people. Great food. And very affordable. My company doesn't pay for my room. When you add everything they do. I pay less than if I was staying anywhere else. I'll stay there every time I'm in Pleasanton.
Stayed there for about 3 1/2 weeks nice clean rooms. The manager Rhonda, Robert and Mary were very friendly. They are very polite and friendly they will help you out if you needed anything. If we are ever looking for a nice place to stay in the Pleasanton area we will for sure back there again.
The rooms are extremely clean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the room itself. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was so comfortable that I slept all night and did not get a backache. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend a stay at this lodge.
